How do I check the status of my order?

Enter your order number and email on our Order Tracking page. Orders placed before 2 PM PT ship the same business day from our Los Angeles warehouse, with delivery in 2–5 business days across the contiguous US.

What payment methods do you accept?

Pillow Talk Vape currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the carrier when your package arrives. There is no online card payment at checkout — this keeps things simple and protects your card details. Orders ship from Los Angeles with 2–5 day delivery.

When is shipping free?

Orders of $80 or more ship free within the contiguous US. Orders under $80 are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. See the full shipping policy for delivery windows and restricted states.

My device isn't producing vapor — what should I check first?

Plug it in via USB-C for at least 15 minutes — most "dead on arrival" reports are simply a fully drained battery from shipping. If the smart screen still doesn't light up after charging, contact service@pillowtalk-vape.com with your order number and a photo of the device base; defective units are replaced within 14 days. How do I verify that my device is genuine?

Every Pillow Talk Vape ships with a scratch-off authenticity code on the bottom of the box. Enter it on our Verify Product page to confirm your unit is a genuine, US-authorized Pillow Talk device. If verification fails, email service@pillowtalk-vape.com immediately with photos of the box and the device.

What is your return policy?

Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping). Defective devices are eligible for a free replacement within 14 days of delivery. Read the full refund & returns policy for the step-by-step process.

What's the difference between the 5 control modes (IC / FC / SC / NC / Sweet)?

Each control mode adjusts a different sensation on the draw: IC40000 changes cooling intensity (4 ice levels), FC40000 switches between Smooth and Boost flavor intensity, SC40000 dials sour from soft to ultra-sour, NC40000 ranges nicotine throat hit from smooth to strong, and Sweet Control moves sweetness from subtle to full sweet-tooth. Do you ship to all US states?

We ship to most US states from our City of Industry, CA warehouse. A small number of states currently restrict flavored disposable vape sales — those will show as ineligible during checkout. We do not ship internationally. The shipping policy lists current state restrictions and delivery windows.
