4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from the City of Industry, CA warehouse. Processing and delivery details are covered in the Shipping Policy. Key points:

• Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days
• pillowtalk-vape.com ships within the United States only
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Pillow Talk Vape is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, high volume, or other circumstances beyond its control
• Risk of loss and title for products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

6. Account Responsibility

• Customers who create an account on pillowtalk-vape.com are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• All activities under an account are the responsibility of the account holder
